How do I download my files after buying?

Once your Etsy payment is confirmed, go to You > Purchases and reviews on Etsy and select Download files next to your order. You will also find a download link in Etsy’s order confirmation email.

Will anything be shipped to me?

No. All of our products are digital downloads, so nothing physical is mailed. You download the files and print or use them yourself.

What file formats do you use?

Most printables come as high-quality PDF files. Wall art, stickers, clipart and wallpapers are usually PNG or JPG images. Spreadsheets and business templates may be Google Sheets, Excel, Word or Canva files. Each listing states exactly what is included.

What paper sizes are included?

Many printables include both US Letter and A4. Wall art often comes in several ratios for common frame sizes. Please check the listing description for the exact sizes before buying.

How should I print my pages?

Print on smooth, bright paper and choose Actual size or 100% in your print settings rather than Fit to page. For the best color on wall art, a local print shop or online print service is a good choice.

Can I edit the templates?

Items marked as editable can be changed in the program named in the listing, such as Canva, Google Sheets or Word. Non-editable printables are designed to be printed or written on as they are.

Which devices and apps work with digital planners and stickers?

Our digital planners and stickers work with popular note-taking apps such as GoodNotes and Notability on tablets. Save the files to your device, then import them using the app’s import option.

Can I use your designs for my business or to resell?

Our files are for personal use by default, so please do not resell or share them. Commercial use is allowed only when a listing clearly says “commercial use,” within the terms stated there.

Can I get a refund, and what if a file does not work?

Because these are digital items, we are not able to offer returns. If a file will not open, looks wrong or is missing something, please contact us and we will fix it quickly.

Do you take custom requests?

Please send us a message with what you have in mind, and we will see what is possible.

Can I buy a design as a gift?

Yes. When checking out on Etsy, you can mark your order as a gift, or share the downloaded files with the person you bought them for for their personal use.

Do you offer coupons or discounts, and how do I contact you?
